Why can't I get some attachments
in Outlook Express?

Try going in OE to "Tools" -> then "Options",
select the "Security" tab, then look for a checkbox
that says "Do not allow attachments to be opened that
could potentially be a virus".
Uncheck this box and OE will allow attachments, but be sure
you have your antivirus program set to scan all attachments
for viruses

How do I unblock E-mail's that you show as blocked?

Login to your email account via webmail, once you are there
look at the topbar for the "Quarantine" button and
click on it. You will see all of your blocked E-mail's there.
You can check the box next to the message you want and then
click the release button to let the E-mail go.

When I am using dial-up I get an error 645
or 691 (username and password error)
I have tried retyping my usename and password again, all in
small letters but it still won't log in, what do I do now ?? |

Delete the dial-up account and recreate
it from scratch and it should work properly.
